Email: info@anburis.co.uk (We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours).
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or making a purchase.
2. Returns, Cancellations & Bespoke Orders
2.1 The 2-Hour Cancellation Window (All Orders)
We understand that mistakes happen. For all orders placed on our website (both ready-made and bespoke), we offer a strict 2-hour "cooling-off" period. If you need to cancel your order, you must email us at info@anburis.co.uk within 2 hours of your order confirmation for a full, unquestioned refund.
2.2 Anburis Art (Bespoke 3D Artwork from Drawings)
Because these items are made specifically from your artwork, they fall under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions for custom goods.
The Mock-up Stage: We use computational design tools to create a digital 2D visual mock-up of your drawing. If you choose to cancel your order after we have provided this digital mock-up, but before you give final approval, we will issue a refund minus a £5.00 admin and design fee.
Variations: Please note that the 2D mock-up is a conceptual visualisation. Due to the nature of physical 3D printing and material properties (such as PLA layer lines), the final product will have slight physical variations.
Final Production: Once you have approved the digital mock-up, we immediately commence 3D modelling and printing. At this point, the order is locked and strictly non-refundable.
2.3 Anburis Bespoke Jewellery (Custom Name / Eternity Pieces)
Our bespoke parametric jewellery requires immediate, highly skilled manual 3D CAD modelling (using software like Rhino) the moment your custom names are submitted.
The Render Stage: We will send you a 3D digital render of your custom piece for review. If you decide to cancel the order at this stage (after the CAD work has been completed but before manufacturing begins), we will issue a refund minus a 50% design fee. This fee covers the extensive manual labour required to model your specific parametric geometry.
Final Production: Once you approve the 3D render, the piece goes into physical manufacturing and casting. From this point forward, the item is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
2.4 Ready-Made Jewellery (Standard Returns)
For our standard, non-customised jewellery collections (items not made to your specific measurements or names), you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Please email us to initiate a return.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning a ready-made item due to a change of mind, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, Anburis will cover the return shipping costs.
2.6 Accidental Damage & Product Care
Our products are designed to be treasured keepsakes and fine adornments.
3D Printed Art (PLA): These are decorative pieces, not toys. PLA is a durable but rigid material that can snap if dropped, bent, or played with roughly. It can also warp if exposed to extreme heat (e.g., left on a radiator).
Jewellery: Fine metals and 3D-printed elements require proper care.
We do not offer refunds, free repairs, or replacements for items that have suffered accidental damage, snapping, or wear-and-tear due to mishandling after they have been safely delivered to you.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
3.1 Customer Responsibility & Copyright Infringement By submitting any artwork, drawing, name, or design to us, you warrant and represent that you are the original creator and copyright owner of the material, or that you have obtained the explicit legal permission to reproduce it. You agree that you will not upload any material that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademarks of any third party (including, but not limited to, licensed characters, corporate logos, or registered brand names).
3.2 Right of Refusal & Indemnity Anburis Design Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to review all submitted artwork. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund any order if we reasonably suspect that the submitted design infringes upon a third party's intellectual property rights. By placing an order, you agree to fully indemnify and hold Anburis Design Consultancy Ltd harmless against any legal claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from the reproduction or 3D printing of the artwork you have supplied.
3.3 Ownership of Submitted Artwork You (the customer) retain all intellectual property rights to your original, legally owned 2D artwork or design that you submit to us. By uploading your artwork, you grant Anburis Design Consultancy Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and process that image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your bespoke order.
3.4 Ownership of 3D Models and CAD Files Anburis Design Consultancy Ltd retains full intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership of all digital assets created during the production process. This includes, but is not limited to, 2D visual mock-ups, 3D renders, parametric algorithms, and 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files. Purchasing a bespoke physical item does not grant you ownership of the digital source files. Digital CAD files and 3D printable files remain the exclusive property of Anburis and will not be distributed or sold to the customer.
4. Privacy & Data Processing
4.1 How We Use Your Data To fulfill your order, we collect essential personal information including your name, email address, shipping address, and the artwork/names submitted for bespoke pieces. We only use this information to process your order, communicate with you regarding design approvals, and arrange delivery. We will never sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
4.2 Third-Party Processing & AI Tools As a modern design consultancy, we utilize secure, state-of-the-art computational tools and third-party visual processing software (including Artificial Intelligence) to assist in translating your submitted 2D artwork into a 3D-printable format. By submitting your artwork, you consent to this digital processing.
4.3 Payments We do not store your credit card details. All financial transactions are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment gateways, which are fully PCI-compliant.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 UK Shipping Only At this time, Anburis Design Consultancy Ltd only accepts orders and ships physical products to addresses within the United Kingdom.
5.2 Dispatch and Transit Timeframes We aim to dispatch all orders within our stated production timeframes (which vary depending on whether the item is ready-made or bespoke). However, as bespoke manufacturing times can occasionally vary, these timeframes are estimates. Once your item is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number.
5.3 Lost or Delayed Items If your order is significantly delayed or declared lost in transit by the courier, please contact us at info@anburis.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and, if the item is deemed lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be manufactured and sent to you at no additional cost.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
