What material are your 3D art pieces made from?

We use a premium Marble PLA  to give your child's artwork a beautiful, stone-like finish. PLA is a fantastic, eco-friendly bioplastic derived from renewable organic resources like cornstarch. It is completely non-toxic and safe for general handling.

Can I see the 3d design before receiving it?

Accepted Answer

Yes,  we will send you a mock-up 3d visual of approximately how the 3d print will look shortly after your order usually within 24 hours.

What size will my custom sculpture be?

Accepted Answer

Scaled perfectly for your home shelves or desktop, each bespoke sculpture measures approximately 10cm at its largest dimension.
Why do we measure it this way? Children’s drawings vary beautifully in shape, some are tall, vertical figures, while others are long, horizontal creations. By anchoring our scaling to a 10cm maximum dimension, we ensure that your child's original proportions are perfectly preserved without stretching or warping the magic of their original doodle.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-10 working days, though it is usually faster. We will be in touch once your order is ready to ship and will provide a tracking number so you know exactly when to expect it.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a full, unquestioned refund if you cancel within 2 hours of placing your order.

For Anburis Art pieces, if you decide to cancel after we have sent your digital mock-up but before you give final approval, we can issue a refund minus a £5 design fee (to cover the computational work already completed). Once you approve the mock-up and physical 3D printing begins, the item is bespoke to you and becomes strictly non-refundable.

What do layer lines mean?

Layer lines in 3D printing are the visible horizontal ridges or lines on the surface of a finished object, created by the layering of material (filaments) in the additive manufacturing process. They represent the boundaries between each stacked layer, similar to rings in a tree or contours on a topographical map.  We use marble PLA material from Bambu Lab to to ensure our products are of the highest quality possible. Are these pieces safe for kids to play with?

Accepted Answer

Our products are designed to be decorative art pieces and keepsakes, not toys. While the material itself is non-toxic, 3D-printed PLA can be somewhat brittle. If dropped, bent, or played with roughly, the pieces can snap, which may create sharp edges or small parts. Because of this, they should be kept well out of reach of babies and toddlers (under 3 years old).

How should I care for my custom 3D print?

Accepted Answer

Treat it like a delicate collectible! Please avoid liquids while cleaning, a dry dusting is all it takes to keep it looking pristine. Please avoid submerging it in water. PLA can soften in high heat, please keep your sculpture away from direct, intense sunlight, radiators, or hot cars.
